Lucha was started by the efforts of Catalina Valdez.
Born In Mexico Her Dream was to one day open a restaurant to share her food and culture with the US. On a trip to St. Louis she fell in love with the location of LUCHA.
Through the issues that have been caused by the pandemic she has worked to keep the business alive. Now she aims to not only keep it alive, but to push it forward through the midst of uncertainty that exist in today's ever-changing world.
